Over 35's Masters League Final
The club's Over 35's team will face city rivals West Utd in the final of the Over 35's Masters League on Thursday night (14th August) at Eamonn Deacy Park with kick-off at 7 pm.
Mike Shaughnessy's side completed their league campaign without losing a game having won six and drawn two, both against Thursday night's opponents West Utd, so it will be a very close affair once again on previous form.
The team completed their
Masters League games with a 4-1 away win over Kinvara Utd last Thursday night. Two
goals each from Dermot Parker and Liam Corcoran secured the win to ensure they head into the final in winning form.
All support for the lads on Thursday night in Deacy Park appreciated as they try and become the first winners of the Galway Masters League title. Best of luck to Mike and his squad.
