First Division Play-off Matches Arranged

After Saturday night's 4-1 away win over Wexford Youths and the club's third place finish in the Airtricity First Division the first leg against Longford Town at home in Fahy's Field will take place this Friday night with a 7.45 pm kick-off.

The arrangements for both legs, home and away, for the Airtricity  League First Division play-off games are as  follows:

Friday, October 18: First Leg - Mervue United v Longford Town, Fahy's Field, 7.45 pm

Friday, October 25: Second Leg - Longford Town v Mervue United, City Calling Stadium,  7.45pm

In the event of the scores being  level on aggregate after the completion of the second leg match, then extra-time of 30 minutes duration shall be played. If the scores are still level, then a penalty shoot-out shall take place to determine the winners.
